Let the music soothe your soul and fill your cup

When you're dealing with tough stuff life issues but still overflowing with God's immeasurable love - despite the tough stuff - music soothes the soul and fills your cup to overflowing.

There was a time when I couldn't move like THIS! I couldn't even get out of bed because I was THAT sick. I was diagnosed with Graves' Disease in 2015. If you're on this page, it's probably because you've been diagnosed too or someone you love and care about very much has been diagnosed with Graves' Disease too.

Have you heard of it?

It's an autoimmune disease that makes your thyroid think it's under attack because your immune system is misbehaving so it starts to overproduce your thyroid hormone like mad and your body goes into a major tailspin, making your thyroid dangerously overactive. You rapidly lose an unhealthy amount of weight. Your hair starts to fall out in bunches. You can't eat. You can't sleep. Your hands tremble. You develop rheumatoid arthritis. Your blood pressure skyrockets. You have intense heart palpitations. Your body struggles to warm up. You have panic attacks that make you feel like you're on the verge of a heart attack and anxiety goes through the roof. You go in and out of depression and your hormones are whackadoo.

I was determined to find my own way to healing. Not just healing either but healing naturally. I've made it my life's mission to get better, feel better and stay better - even though the odds were stacked against me and I felt alone, scared and exhausted.

I always promised that if I ever got better, which I did, I would find a way to be a resource and give hope to others.

You found ME! I’m so happy you’re here.

Truly. Happy!
